Plum / Recharge

  • Go to recharge section in the main module and select add Xoxo points/Xoxo voucher balance, Enter the amount you want to add in the box and click on proceed to payment. Check the billing details like contact no. and billing address and price details like account type and net payable amount on the next screen, after checking the details click on proceed to payment. On the next screen select a payment method and make the payment.

  • No, the transaction of Xoxo points/Xoxo voucher and Plum pro balance is non-refundable.For further queries contact us at business@xoxoday.com


  • Go to recharge section in the main module. All your balances Xoxo point balance, Plum pro balance, Xoxo voucher balance are displayed there.


  • Yes a receipt is sent to your email after the transaction and are also available under Dashboard.


  • No, you cannot transfer your Xoxo points balance to your Plum pro balance or vice versa. Contact us at cs@xoxoday.com for further queries.


  • At Plum we accept payment for points through debit/credit card, net banking, paypal, wallets and UPI and offline payments through cheque.
