Plum / Reports

  • Plum offers an option where you can check the fund history of your Xoxo points, Xoxo vouchers and Plum pro. Reports allows you to check the status of your transactions along with details like invoice date, amount, invoice note,balance and comments. In reports you can also track how much points are used by recipients.


  • Go to reports in the main module and click on view report. In the payments section apply the necessary filters and click on the download button  , after clicking on the download button a pop up menu shows 3 options - download pdf, download CSV, print. Choose the appropriate option according to your needs to download the list.


  • Yes you can see a list of all the transactions of a particular date by applying filters. Go to reports section in the main module. Click on the view report option, in the payments section click on the filters tab , an arrow facing downward will appear below the column head of invoice date, click on that arrow and select start date and end date on the calendar that appears on the screen. A filtered list of all the transactions of a particular date or a particular interval will be displayed on the screen after applying this filter.


  • Go to reports section in the main module. Click on the view report option, in the payments section click on the filters tab , an arrow facing downward will appear below the column head of status, click on that arrow a pop up menu will appear. Select pending or payment pending option according to your need.


  • Go to reports section in the main module. Click on the view report option, in the payments section click on the filters tab , an arrow facing downward will appear below the column head of status, click on that arrow a pop up menu will appear. Select cancelled option to get a list of all the cancelled transactions.


  • Go to reports section in the main module and click on view reports under the heading of Xoxo points/voucher fund history. After that select Xoxo points history option on the top to check your Xoxo points history.


  • Yes, you can check the usage of the points by recipients that you have transferred to them. Go to reports section in the main module and click on view reports under the heading of Xoxo points/voucher fund history. After that select Xoxo points history, here you can check the list of recipients along with their email id and there total and used points.


  • Go to reports section in the main module and click on view reports under the heading of Xoxo points/voucher fund history. After that select Xoxo voucher history option on the top to check your Xoxo voucher history.
