  • Plum is a digital rewards platform that helps enterprises by simplifying rewards, recognition and incentive programs. Plum acts as a single dashboard to monitor suppliers, vendors, distribution and redemption, along with a stores website where employees, stakeholders and channel partners can be offered a catalogue to select items from categories like experiences and activities, perks, gift vouchers etc. in order to reward them.


  • Xoxoday offers a Plum dashboard which can be used by admins, generally HR heads or CXO’s to monitor suppliers, vendors, distribution and redemption of points,manage budget, create campaigns, send gift vouchers etc. and a Plum stores platform where employees can burn the points and vouchers received by them to buy experiences and activities, perks, gift vouchers etc.


  • Yes, invoices are available for all the recharges of your Xoxo points/Xoxo voucher and Plum pro balances and available under Dashboard. For employees, stakeholders and channel partners using stores receipt is provided for voucher if claimed for it. 


  • To setup your Plum account contact Xoxoday team at business@xoxoday.com . All the support will be provided to set up, use and start with your Plum account.


  • In case of failed order on the stores site refund will be done in the wallet of end user.


  • No, user can buy items on Plum stores platform using guest checkout.


  • Only one admin per account is possible on Plum.


  • The stores platform is accessible in mobile browser (PWA App), but the Plum dashboard is only accessible through desktop web browser, no mobile app is available for plum platform.


  • If you wish to discontinue using the Plum platform, contact Xoxoday team at cs@xoxoday.com 


  • At Xoxoday, we ensure that the data is gathered, stored and handled with respect towards individual rights. We have raised awareness among our employees and other stakeholders on how to handle the data appropriately. They now understand the importance of GDPR and information security. Our controls are placed based on the data protection impact assessment (DIPA). All the personal data is encrypted on Xoxoday


  • Xoxoday will collect for the following details while on-boarding a client. 

    1- Client POC name, email and phone number. 

    2- Clients' name/legal name. 

    3- Client communication address and billing address. 

    4- Base currency.

    5- KYC documents - Company registration certificate, PAN card and D&B number (Any one is required)

    6- Tax ID (GST in case of Indian Company)


  • We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

    1.To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

    2.To improve our website in order to better serve you.

    3.To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

    4.To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products.

    5.To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).


  • Plum platform is available only in English language. 


  • Yes we provide whitelabelling along with the Plum platform.


  • No, at the moment, the design of Plum platform cannot be customised.


  • Yes you can customize the whole catalog on the Plum stores platform. You can restrict brands, items, categories as per your needs.
